TWC Design respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you enquire we collect your name, email, phone (if given), suburb, the details you type in, and any files you send us, such as drawings, quotes and photos. These can contain your address and other personal details.

Why

Only to respond to your enquiry and to provide the service you ask for. We don’t sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it’s kept

Enquiries are stored in our client management system, and uploaded files in secure cloud storage that can only be reached through private, expiring links. Files are deleted automatically after about four months unless they’re part of an active job. Email is sent through a transactional email provider. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia.

Spam protection

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is submitting, which may process technical information about your browser. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@twcdesign.com.au.
