Spend it where guests notice.

Whatever you’re prepared to put into your property, we’ll show you how to get the most back from it, in nightly rate, reviews and bookings. Staging, essentials, colour, welcoming touches, and the photos and words that sell them.

Your budget, best return

Tell us what you’d spend. We’ll tell you where.

These are budgets for your property, not our fee. Every review covers all three, ranked for your place.

If you spend

$500

Quick wins

Small spends guests feel straight away, and that show up in reviews.

  • Hotel-quality linen and a proper pillow menu
  • Warm bulbs and a lamp where it’s dark
  • Cushions, a throw, greenery and a styled shelf
  • Missing essentials: hooks, mirror, blackout, kitchen basics
  • A welcome touch guests photograph and mention

If you spend

$2,000

The refresh

Enough to change how the place feels in person and how it looks in the thumbnail.

  • A considered palette, neutral or bold, that stands out in search
  • Feature wall, art and a rug that pull the room together
  • One hero spot designed for the cover photo
  • Bedroom upgrade: headboard, bedside lighting, layered bedding
  • Small fixes that stop “dated” appearing in reviews

If you spend

$15–20k

The transformation

Bigger moves, ranked by what they’ll return in nightly rate and occupancy.

  • Kitchen or bathroom refresh without moving plumbing
  • Flooring, light fittings and window treatments
  • Layout changes that add a sleeping spot or a workspace
  • Outdoor area: the photo that sells a stay
  • A furnishing plan with exact products and links

The listing

The best room in the world still needs a good photo.

  • A photo shot list, so your photographer (or you) captures what sells
  • A rewritten title and description that leads with what makes it special
  • Amenities audit: what to add, what to list, what guests filter by
  • Cover photo choice and order, because the first three images do most of the work

Questions

Are those dollar amounts your fee?
No. $500, $2,000 and $15–20k are what you might spend on the property. Our advice shows where that money earns the best return. Our fee is separate and confirmed when you enquire.
Do I need to be in Sydney?
No. Most short-stay reviews are done from your listing, photos and a video walkthrough. Sydney hosts can add an on-site visit, or hands-on styling before a photo shoot.
My place isn’t listed yet. Is it too early?
It’s the best time. Setting up right avoids paying twice, and your first reviews matter most.
Will you buy and install everything?
The review gives you a prioritised plan with product links. If you’d like it done for you, ask about our styling service.
Can you guarantee more bookings?
No one honestly can. Results depend on location, season and pricing. What we can do is remove the reasons guests scroll past, and put your money where it works hardest.
